We seek a dynamic and driven Investment Professional/Analyst to join our Southeast Asia (SEA) team based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will bring 2-3 years of experience in Private Equity, Asset Management, or Investment Banking, with a strong foundation in financial modeling and deal execution.
Key Responsibilities: Deal Execution & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, financial modeling, and valuation to evaluate investment opportunities. Support deal structuring, due diligence, Key Responsibilities: Deal Execution & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, financial modeling, and valuation to evaluate investment opportunities.Support deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiations for investments in major Southeast Asian sectors. Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage portfolio investments, providing insights into operational performance and exit strategies. Focus on investments across Southeast Asia: Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Malaysia.
Provide insights into market trends, risks, and opportunities within the region. Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with international exposure. Strong academic background in finance, economics, or related disciplines.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Private Equity, Asset Management, or Investment Banking. Proven track record in deal execution, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to assess complex business scenarios. Commercial awareness with a strong understanding of business fundamentals and market trends in SEA. Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting. Self-motivated and adaptable to the demanding nature of private equity environments. Willingness to work long hours and travel across Southeast Asia, if required.
