Senior Specialist, Technical Business Analyst (Gaming) - Toa Payoh

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the functional and technical design in CXM
• Work as a Technical BA lead for CXM systems and CXM related projects.
• Work with a team of IT professionals and vendors to build and/or enhance application systems.
• Work with Business Units and Vendors to solicit and validate requirements and follow through all subsequent phases of systems implementation to deliver projects and enhancements.
• Manage external service providers and vendors to ensure project timelines are met, and project deliverables are of good standard and quality.
• Establish and maintain excellent business relationships with all business stakeholders and vendors
• Engage stakeholders (i.e. vendors and internal project teams) to ensure technical solutioning is aligned with business requirements
• Provide technical leadership in areas of solution design and application development
• Lead and perform cross system impact assessment related to CXM
• Drive solutions and issue resolutions, for escalated issues from vendors as well as from internal.
• Ensure high availability of business – critical CXM system and Data Analytics System by constantly improving the existing systems and responding effectively quickly to incidents.
• Technical experience in Java, Micros services, Docker.
• Support regulatory audit and review activities for the system.
• Work closely with IT Infrastructure and Cloud team to ensure smooth delivery of project and enhancements works.
• Work closely with IT Governance to ensure all audit and compliance requirements in the business systems area are met.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent
• At least 7-10 years’ working experience in Technical Functional Business Analyst Role in application systems implementation, and/or enhancements to existing systems.
• Preferably experience with implementation or application maintenance for bespoke IT application systems.
• Experience with working with 3rd party vendors.
• Proficient in development platforms/frameworks/tooling such as Java, .NET Core, Springboot, Kubernetes, Jenkins and OpenSearch
• Good knowledge in Cloud technologies.
• Familiar with and worked using SDLC and Agile implementations.
• Good understanding of modern application development lifecycle concepts and adoption
• Ability to work with cross-functional, multi-disciplined team to formulate, institute and monitor policies, procedures and standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
