Treasury Assistant Manager/ Manager - Geylang

Our client is one of largest and highly reputable Real Estate Asset Management firms with strong presence across the region and the globe. To facilitate the company expansion and active projects, they are looking for a Corporate Finance and Treasury Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Director and working with a solid team, your responsibilities including:

• Leading the debt financing/ structured financing/ loan structure exercises to support potential investments and business expansion projects, understanding the funding requirements for business expansion projects
• Overseeing the risk assessments of the investments, loans and debts, interest rates and to minimise the related risks
• Reviewing and analyzing the funding requirements and funding strategies for execution
• Responsible for the FX and hedging requirements, minimizing the foreign exchange exposure risks, interest rate and market risks
• Managing the liquidity and cash flow position for the business
• Reviewing and refining the debt and loan portfolios, and the refinancing requirements
• Reviewing and refining the treasury strategies and treasury policy for the group and subsidiaries
• Ensuring the timely repayment of bank loans, renewal of deposits and monitoring the impact of the interest rates
• Responsible for the treasury operations and reporting, ensuring the compliance of the regulatory requirements
• Implement Group insurance policies and assessing potential insuring alternatives
• Liaising closely with internal teams, including Finance and Taxation functions, on budgeting and KPIs setting, preparing presentations to Senior Management for the treasury and liquidity position overviews
• Support ad hoc corporate finance and treasury projects

To qualify, individuals should possess:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline
• Professional qualifications in CPA/ ACCA or equivalent is preferred but not a must
• Solid experiences in corporate finance projects, financing and treasury function is highly preferred
• Open to candidates from Banking and Financial Institutions with Middle Office/ Corporate Finance Projects and Financing experiences
• Preferably industries experiences across Data Centres/ Real Estate Fund/ Infrastructure/ Construction/ Logistics
• Regional/ Global exposure is a plus
• Good analytical skills and strong with numbers
• Adaptable to fast-paced environment and responsive to market changes
• Team player who is keen to learn and grow with the business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, Strong stakeholder management experiences
