General Manager (Country Lead) – Singapore

Crystal Jade Culinary Concepts is seeking an exceptional General Manager (Country Lead) to spearhead our operations in Singapore. As the key leader, you will drive business growth, operational excellence, and brand integrity, ensuring sustained success in both fine and casual dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall business performance, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business expansion in collaboration with internal teams and third-party partners.
• Align business strategies with corporate objectives and market trends to ensure long-term success.

• Optimize work processes across departments to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Ensure seamless execution of operational improvements in restaurant dining, culinary experiences, purchasing, HR, marketing, and other business functions.

• Serve as the brand custodian for Singapore, ensuring alignment and compliance with corporate and sub-brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
• Uphold excellence in customer experience, reinforcing Crystal Jade’s reputation in fine and casual dining.

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing management team across key functions, including Operations, Central Kitchen, Marketing, HR, Procurement, Projects & Leasing, IT, Learning & Development, and Quality Assurance/Food Safety.
• Foster a positive, growth-oriented workplace culture that enhances employee engagement and retention.

• Drive key performance initiatives and ensure the successful execution of strategic goals.
• Work closely with the Central team and CEO, contributing to global projects, targets, and corporate policies.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in the F&B sector, with a strong track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, adaptable, and resilient approach to overcoming challenges.
