Location: Bishan

Provide support to sales department
Co-ordinate between customers and transporters, warehouse etc
Preparation of documents for Import / Export/Transhipments/D/O release
Verifying for all costs
Attend to enquiry on rates, shipment tracking, etc
Liaise with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment

Requirements:

Minimum GCE "O" Levels / Nitec holder, with minimum of 1 year of experience in handling shipping documents for eg. Import / Export/ Transshipments/ D/O release etc.
Good understanding of shipping Incoterms 2010
Proficient in MS Office
