Cloud Solution Architect Modern Work

It is responsible for IT Leadership, Portfolio Management, Solutions Delivery and IT Operations with its Centre of Excellence in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. By leveraging on Panasonic’s merit of scale, PISCAP innovates and generate sustained value to the APAC business group.

Role Overview

This is a regional role with good exposure in handling regional IT solution exploration, engagements and project management. The Solution Architect plays a crucial role in helping organizations enhance productivity and collaboration using Microsoft technologies and cloud ecosystem.

The Solution Architect will be exposed with:

• Lead in technology exploration and solution
• Techniques and strategies to manage key project constraints: scope, time, and cost.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture design, best framework practices and deployment of modern work solutions, often involving modern work technology from Microsoft, Teams and Azure
• Modern Work improvement on APAC device management, security & compliance management
• Lead APAC M365 adoption, implementation and migration engagement
• Lead customer engagement with analysis of business requirements and challenges
• Drive positive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor to customers
• Produce operation documentation and guide operation team technical Up-Skill (Intune, Defender, etc)
• Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure for cloud shift project
• Drive and develop cloud movement strategies (Azure, AWS)
• Lead and produce solution proposal deck, costing and contract engagement
• Collaborate with team members for deployment and configuration of solutions

Skills Required:

• Candidate should have more than 10 yrs IT experience with more than 5 years in technical architecture for cloud/modern work/infrastructure technologies
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and network infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, teamwork abilities, project management and change management skills
• Tech evangelist which able to promote and educate technology
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience working directly with customers to drive business outcomes
