Seeking a Research Assistant to support high-throughput metal alloy synthesis and characterization. The role involves developing experimental workflows, materials synthesis, and characterization to advance novel catalytic materials for CO₂ conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Synthesize metal alloys using solid-state high-throughput techniques.
- Develop and modify high-throughput experimental methods and hardware.
- Conduct in-depth characterization using XRD, with preference for expertise in Rietveld refinement.
- Adapt to a fast-paced research environment with a proactive approach.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Materials Science, Chemistry, Applied Physics, or Mechanical Engineering with research experience.
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in solid-state synthesis.
- Proficiency in inorganic materials characterization.
- Knowledge of CO₂ thermocatalytic conversion is advantageous.
