Responsibilities
  • Assist the Customer Service Department on all shipping data entry and documentation
  • Co-ordinate with carriers/freight forwarders on bookings and collection of cargo
  • Liaise with external customers on all shipment-related activities
  • Perform booking and process documentation as well as co-ordinate with various internal departments on shipping activities
Requirement
  • Minimum ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good working attitude, willing to learn, meticulous
  • Able to work under a fast paced environment
  • Good knowledge of shipping and minimum working 1-2 years related working experience an advantage
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred
