Telemarketer - Toa Payoh

We are looking for a self-driven, street-smart Telemarketer who can generate their own leads and drive sales. If you are persuasive, results-oriented, and know how to close deals, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote our products or services and explain their benefits.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Close deals independently or schedule appointments for the sales team if needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update our database.
• Follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimally an A'Level Cert or Diploma, Business, or a related field is a PLUS.
• Must have your own lead sources – No leads will be provided.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related role is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain professional under pressure.
