We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Senior (Part Time) to join our Client Accounting team. The Accounts Senior role within the Client Accounting Department is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial accounting and reporting functions for clients.This position involves coordinating financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, and delivering timely, high-quality services to clients. This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients' financial accounts effectively.

Job Description:
- Handle full sets of accounts for a group of clients in various industries.
- Provide clients with professional insightful advice on finance operations, accounting systems and reporting requirements.
- Preparation of GST Application, GST returns and Company’s Tax returns for clients.
- Preparation of Audit schedules and liaising with external auditor during Annual Audit.
- Preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
- Preparation for month-end closing process and preparation of monthly or quarterly financial report for management purposes.
- Responsible for timely and accurate recording of accounting information.
- Any other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Preferably Diploma or Degree in Accounting and Finance or pursuing relevant professional qualifications.
- With at least two (2) years of working experience in accounting field in Singapore.
- Possess strong understanding of the Singapore Accounting Standards, Singapore Company Taxation, Singapore GST Act and related regulatory policies.
- Proficient in MS Office application and accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, MYOB and etc.
- Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, proactive, initiative and able to perform duties independently and as a team.
- Good inter-personal, soft skills and client servicing skills for effective communication.
