Product and Application Specialist - Bukit Merah

Job Summary:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our products while also contributing to their continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Expertise and Support:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's myopia management products and applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, sales teams, and ECP partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for application-related inquiries and issues.

Customer Training and Consultation:

• Design and deliver training sessions for customers and internal teams on product usage and best practices.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and customize product applications to meet specific requirements.

Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team with technical demonstrations, presentations, and product positioning.
• Ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to product deployment and ongoing support.

Market and Product Insights:

• Gather customer feedback to identify product enhancements and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for product development and positioning.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Partner with principal R&D, marketing, and sales teams to contribute to product innovation and go-to-market strategies.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their need
