Assistant Digital Marketing Manager - Bukit Merah

We are looking for an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager. You will play a pivotal role in driving online bookings and revenue through the property website, strategise and promote website performance. Job Description:
Website Performance:
- Manage property website content to fully utilise the website platform to market and ‘speak’ to the visitors on the website (create, update, upload information).
- Create fresh and up-to-date information about the hotel and its surroundings.
- Review the website analytics weekly and monthly to address where customers are dropping off, and test initiatives that will improve customer engagement with your website that will result in more bookings.
- Provide key learnings from data analysis and identify action plans.
- Based on the data, work with Revenue team to define packages that will persuade more customers to book direct on the property website.
- Manage the online marketing budget, develop and execute marketing campaigns on the Corporate recommended portfolio of digital channels; search engine marketing, affiliates, and other performance-based customer acquisition channels.
- Manage SEO, SEM, SEA strategy - Work closely with corporate online marketing team to align all online marketing initiatives, optimise the website and spend.
EDM:
- Plan, develop and execute email marketing programmes to retain and drive more bookings from customer database.
- Manage database and define target audience for campaigns and promotions - Respect data privacy guidelines.
- Work closely with corporate online marketing to align marketing initiatives, optimise performance and ROI.
E-Commerce:
- Populate eShop and/or Oddle with hotel products and services for sale.
- Monitor performance of eShop platforms.
Social Media:
- Define strategy and campaigns to drive promotions, engagement and grow follower base.
- Develop a weekly calendar of topics.
- Develop all social media content.
- Review the competitor set performance and initiatives to be reported monthly.
- Ad boosts and review campaign performance.
- Responsible for overall account management of all social media platforms.
- Influencer management, set out benchmark and expectations.
- Focus platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (Corporate), YouTube, Little Red Book (Xiao Hong Shu), WeChat and TikTok.
Content Strategy:
- Inviting tones and content for online performance and engagement and in line with the brand guidelines.
- Ensure content accuracy and avoid misleading advertisements.
- Manage EDMs that drive promotions and website performance.
- Leverage on the hotel’s assets and fine-tune for appropriate and effective communications.
Online Presence:
- Online account listing such as TripAdvisor and Google Business Listing.
- Ensure online presence, google map, address, and third-party websites.
Analysis:
- Review reports from all digital marketing activations to analyse and identify action plans to improve the performance and ROI. The reports include but not limited to Google Analytics, PPC, SEA, SEO, social media, e-commerce and EDM.
- Work closely with the corporate team and agencies to consolidate key takeaways and guidance for suitable actions.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing Communications and/or Public Relations.
- At least 3 years of work experience; hospitality industry experience is a plus.
- Experience in commercial social media platform management.
- Experience in managing online and offline marketing programs across B2C environments, including events, internal communications, social media, email marketing, etc.
- Strong knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and ecosystem. Experience in marketing automation and business analytics tools and metrics to measure ROI and drive success.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
