Summary:

• Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• UP$7000-$8000
• AWS+VB

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that processes needed for QMS are established, implemented and maintained.
• Coordinates continual improvements of the QMS, ensuring that evidence of corrective and preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed.
• Leads team in ensuring that records are established and maintained to provide evidence that the QMS is being followed and that there is a system in place for the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time and disposition of such records.
• Oversees inspection activity and full material and workmanship traceability for products purchased or manufactured.
• Creates, document and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
• Provides expertise to investigate and analyze customer issues and complaints relating to quality.
• In charge of audits by the customer and liaising with external assessment bodies on matters related to the accreditation process.
• Establish quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers and lead supplier audits with Supply Chain and Engineering representatives where required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or any Industrial or material science studies
• At least 5 years relevant experience in oil and gas industry
• Knowledge of ISO9001, Quality Management System, Quality Control and usage of measuring devices/tools
