Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product knowledge, help with product selection, and answer customer queries.
• Operate the cash register, handle cash, process credit card transactions, and manage returns/exchanges.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and products are well-displayed.
• Assist in receiving deliveries, unpacking stock, and organizing the stockroom.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including tidying shelves and cleaning display areas.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the manager when items need to be restocked.
• Follow store policies and procedures for safety and security.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic attitude towards customers and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently.
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
