Roles & Responsibilities

To follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely action is taken to achieve collection targets;
To liaise with lawyers on accounts under legal action;
To liaise with external debt collection agencies;
To adopt collection best practices and apply relevant collections strategies to enhance effectiveness.
To minimize credit losses and maximize credit recoveries.

Requirements

Diploma holder
Relevant working experience in credit control would be advantageous
Service-oriented and results driven
Ability to work independently
