Service Delivery Manager - DSC/EZ - Sengkang

Seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of IT Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, mentor and motivate a team size of at least 5 team members, both level 1 and level 2
• experience in Sub-Contractor management
• Manage/track of IT assets
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance program
• Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules, change request, service request and repairs
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance to security and safety standards
• Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreement
• Manage budget and cost control
• Vendor management:
• Collaborate with external service providers and contractors when required
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendors relationship
• Develop and deliver the various maintenance and respective documentation such as incident report, Maintenance reports etc required for the purpose of O&M;
• Maintain documentation and records to support compliance efforts
• Be the point of contact to customer

Qualification:

• At least 6 years of experience in IT System Operation & Maintenance (O&M) role with strong knowledge of maintenance best practices.
• Understood and practice ITIL framework
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Good team player and excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
