• Client Relationship Management - Build and nurture long-term partnerships with corporate and individual clients, acting as their main point of contact.
• Needs-Based Advisory - Analyze clients’ financial data, understand their goals and challenges, and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Dialogue with our clients to understand their objectives and challenges.
• Present value-proposition to sales leads and current customers.
• Performance Excellence – Achieve targets in sales, service quality, and operational standards while upholding the highest ethical and professional practices.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

• CMFAS Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, CGI).
• CMFAS Certification in Life and Health Insurance (M5, HI, M9, M9A).
• 1 year and above of insurance sales experience
• CMFAS Certification in M8, M8A is a plus
• Minimum 21 yrs old
