Our client is looking for IT Engineering Manager, you will lead a team to build impactful products, ensuring high-quality and secure digital outcomes. Basic Salary: $10,000 - $14,000 per month
Additional Benefits: 13th-month AWS + Performance bonus twice a year (up to 2 months), Dental and medical benefits provided
Work Location: Bukit Merah (nearest MRT: Redhill)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, promoting work-life balance

As an Engineering Manager, you will:

Collaborate with users across various units to understand their needs and develop software solutions
Work closely with your team to design, develop, test, and maintain applications
Uphold software engineering best practices
Mentor and support your team, fostering career growth and professional development
Maintain a collaborative and inclusive environment where ideas thrive

What We Look For

Proficiency in at least one programming language
A curious mindset and willingness to ask the right questions
A proactive attitude—don’t leave broken things broken!
An entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for leveraging technology and design to enhance user experiences
A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Data Science, Data Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence
At least 6 years of software development experience
Willingness to balance hands-on coding with people management responsibilities
