RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Assistant General Manager of Japanese Business, develop Japanese business in terms of size and profitability, contributing to the company's sustainable growth in Singapore.- Manage company as AGM
- Supervise the operation of marketing business units including credit control
- Maximize volume and profitability of all Japanese and global regional program related sales distribution channels
- Develop and grow portfolio to achieve growth targets with our business structure
- Implement and monitor the marketing strategy/activity on a regular basis
- Plan and execute the strategy/activity on loss prevention service and digitalization
- Set marketing's action plan and sales budget
- Improve service quality with customer-oriented mindsets
- Ensure compliance with our company's policy and relevant regulations
- Monitor underwriting trend and results
- Manage, mentor and nurture talent

QUALIFICATIONS- Diploma or Degree of equivalent
- Minimum 9 years working experience in General Insurance industry, especially in the Marketing and Underwriting of non-Marine business
- Proficient in both written and spoken Japanese to effectively communicate with Japanese stakeholders and senior management in Tokyo Head Office and other business units
- Possess good communication skills, analytical ability, and logical thinking
