ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains effective communication with the office users, customer IT team, retail operation team and store team
Works with respective internal technologies teams and functions to ensure high quality of services and facilities rendering to retail operations
Manages and works with vendors, outsourcers and contractors to provide services of (but not limited to):
Helpdesk
Request
Store projects
Provides on-site services covering all operations in Singapore
Manages IT devices deployment
Maintains IT hardware & software inventory and life cycle.
Other duties as assigned

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

At least 1 year experiences in IT support
Knowledge and working experience in supporting retail operations in luxury industry is highly preferred
Customer centric and aims to deliver exceed expectation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to work under pressure and to meet tight schedules
Good communication skill in both spoken and written English
Mandarin and other dialects are advantages
Skills in change management is an added advantage
Project management experience is an added advantage
