Are you passionate about ensuring a safe and healthy work environment? Our Healthcare Client is looking for a proactive and experienced individual to take on the role of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH).
You will play a key role in driving and sustaining a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and promoting a safe workplace for all.
Key Responsibilities- Fulfil duties as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) in accordance with the WSH Act and Regulations.
- Develop and implement WSH management systems, risk management plans, and safety programmes.
- Champion initiatives to instil a strong WSH culture across the organisation.
- Design and conduct WSH training programmes for staff at all levels.
- Conduct inspections and audits, identify non-compliances, and recommend remedial measures.
- Lead incident investigations, analyse root causes, and propose preventive actions.
- Serve as secretariat for the WSH and Fire Safety Committees, ensuring operational compliance with ACOP.
- Lead the roadmap to achieve and maintain Bizsafe Level 3, Bizsafe Star, ISO45001, and Ensure Safer System (ESS) certifications.
- Support Facilities Management, Hospitality, and Facilities Development functions within the department.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Workplace Safety and Health (MOM-recognised).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in WSH.
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM and Fire Safety Manager with SCDF.
- Well-versed in Singapore and international WSH regulations and best practices.
- Proven experience in obtaining Bizsafe Star and ISO45001 certifications.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
