Job Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any outstanding issues efficiently.
Provide sales support to grow accounts and secure new business opportunities.
Oversee daily sales operations, including handling drawings, sourcing, preparing quotations, following up on orders, and managing sample submissions.
Assist and mentor the Sales Coordinator to enhance workflow efficiency.
Ensure all orders align with quotations and are delivered on time.
Participate in sales meetings to update management on market trends and quality concerns
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve service offerings
Review monthly sales forecasts and update sales performance and KPI reports.

Job Requirements:
