About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Call Centre & Customer Service Officer to join our team at De Beaute. You will be responsible for providing call centre service to our customers, exceptional support and resolving inquiries for our valued customers.

• Handling incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner
• Responding to customer inquiries and concerns, and providing timely and effective resolutions
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
• Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
• Proficient in customer relationship management systems and computer applications
• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
