Our client is a leading interior fit-out and furniture solutions provider, specializing in high-quality, custom-built interiors for commercial, hospitality, and residential spaces. They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Manager to support their business growth and tendering processes.

• Prepare cost analysis and form cost reduction strategies to ensure the overall value is enhanced for the project.
• Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance with the building and construction regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies of client requests Site visits, assessments and projections for future work.
• Liaise with contractors and builders to provide cost-effective plans that meet high-quality standards.
• Provide advice on contractual claims so that the project scope is managed.
• Document any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Analyse completed work and arrange payment to contractors.
• Allocate upcoming work to contractors.

• Recognized Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 3-5 years of Contract/Tender Manager in Renovation & Fit-out Works in Singapore (ID & Joinery)
• Excellent communication in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin stakeholders
• Strong estimating and financial analysis skills
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with ERP software
• Willing to work overtime to meet project deadlines.
