Manufacturing Engineer (Aerospace) – East Side | Mon-Fri | Multiple Vacancies!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing Process Development – Establish and maintain manufacturing procedures with proper documentation control to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Work Instructions & Tooling Plans – Develop Manufacturing Job Instruction Sheets (JIS), NC programs, and Tool/Gauge plans using Siemens NX.
• Productivity Enhancement – Identify, design, and implement equipment, fixtures, and process improvements to drive efficiency.
• Technical Issue Resolution – Address and resolve technical challenges based on internal and external customer feedback.
• Feasibility Studies – Conduct assessments on manufacturing capacity, layout improvements, and facility expansion initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement – Drive ongoing enhancements in manufacturing systems and related processes through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Company-Wide Initiatives – Actively participate in productivity and quality improvement programs.
• Capital Expenditure Justification – Prepare CAPEX proposals for manufacturing investments.

Qualifications & Work Experience:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Precision, Materials, or related field).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing engineering role.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Unigraphics, Siemens NX, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience in precision machining tools (CNC 5-Axis, Lathe, Milling, etc.).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong collaboration skills – Ability to work effectively on cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts as required.
• Location: East Side | Schedule: Monday–Friday (Rotating Shifts as Needed)
