We are providing turnkey engineering solutions for various special process like heat treatment, blasting, shotpeening, welding, waterjet, machining, CNC Automation, NDT systems and others in our product portfolio.

We are currently seeking a competent Sales Engineer to join our dedicated team to perform the following tasks within a busy working environment:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Driving the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and securing payments.
  • Identifying and developing new sales opportunities within various industries.
  • Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Technical Expertise:

  • Providing technical expertise on NDT products and services, particularly in methods like Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Eddy Current Testing, Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI), and Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI).
  • Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
  • Addressing technical inquiries from customers.
  • Collaborating with technical support teams to ensure smooth product implementation and customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for sales and technical inquiries.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Understanding and addressing client needs.

Other Duties:

  • providing sales reports.
  • keeping up to date with NDT technology.

Typical Requirements:

Technical Background:

  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering).
  • NDT Level II or III certifications (e.g., ASNT, PCN) are highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of NDT principles and techniques.

Sales Experience:

  • Proven experience in technical sales, particularly in industrial instrumentation or NDT equipment.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical information.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • The ability to work independently, and as part of a team.

Other Considerations:

  • Willingness to travel within Singapore and potentially the Southeast Asia region.
  • Understanding of industry standards and regulations.
