Are you ready to drive innovation and ensure smooth IT operations? We are seeking a skilled IT Executive to manage the implementation and support of our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS).

You will collaborate with third-party vendors, gather business requirements, and lead testing efforts (UAT and SIT). Additionally, you will provide first-level support for core applications, IT devices, and networks, while managing device inventories, software licenses, and documentation.

This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional eager to make a tangible impact on IT performance.

Role and Responsibilities:

Manage and liaise with 3rd party vendor in project implementation and solutions of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport management system (TMS)
Gather and analyze business needs and requirements from internal users
Carry out UAT and SIT with vendors and internal users
Provide 1st level support for core application of WMS and TMS
Provide end-user support for IT devices, Servers, Wireless network & PCs
Maintain IT device and software licenses inventory, procurement and documentation

Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology
Candidates with 2 years’ experience of Software Project implementations and IT operations and Level 1 end-user support or related fields would be preferred
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows software
Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN and Network Operating Systems
Good written and verbal communication skills in English language
Working experience in warehouse / logistics environment with exposure to WMS and TMS are welcome to apply
