Assistant Construction Manager (A1/Building Projects) - Pasir Ris

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior management in guiding project teams through site inspections, meetings, and compliance reviews.
• Monitor visual tracking systems (e.g., HoloBuilder, OpenSpace) and QA/QC data to flag safety or quality issues.
• Review and prepare reports on near-miss and accident cases for internal sharing and prevention efforts.
• Participate in project meetings (pre-construction, design review, tender) to provide input on planning, design, and site execution.
• Support knowledge sharing and staff training through seminars and workshops.
• Travel regionally to support projects and training efforts when needed.
• Review and help improve internal HSE policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and practices through forums and training sessions.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years’ experience in building construction and coordination roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Strong risk management skills and knowledge of safety standards.
• Proficient in MS Office, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and understanding of industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
