Freight Sales Executive (Hunter Role - Outdoor)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits
• Promote and sell freight forwarding services (air, sea, and logistics solutions) to potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals

Freight Sales Executive (Farmer Role - Indoor)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue
• Understand clients’ logistics needs and offer tailored freight solutions (air, sea, and warehousing)
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow account value
• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Regularly engage with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and improve satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Freight Forwarding
• IT literacy and proficiency will be an added advantage
