Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Singapore at Trainocate Group.
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment who is comfortable with making dozens of calls per day, working with internal product teams, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
- At least 1 - 3 years' of inside sales experience, preferably in related IT training industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Understanding of IT industry is a plus
