Job Description
- Review, validate and update client and transaction data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Rectify data discrepancies by liaising with internal teams such as Relationship Managers / Assistant Relationship Managers, Middle Office, Compliance and Operation
- Maintain proper documentation of all data remediation efforts for audit and compliance purposes
- Assist in data retrieval / entry, documentation, and record-keeping to support business operations
- Perform quality checks to ensure data consistency across systems and reports
- Support process improvements to enhance data management and operational workflows
- Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business/Accountancy/Banking & Finance or a relevant discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in banking operations, data entry, compliance supports, or similar roles (experience in Private Banking is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
