Job Description:
Our client is a leading private bank providing bespoke wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs). Currently, they are seeking a dedicated Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to support their Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support & Servicing: Assist Relationship Managers in managing and servicing a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients.
Support the execution of financial transactions, including deposits, investments, and lending solutions.
- Account Administration & Documentation: Handle account opening, documentation, and compliance-related requirements in line with regulatory guidelines.
Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Investment & Product Support: Provide clients with information on banking products, investment opportunities, and wealth management solutions.
Stay informed on financial markets and regulatory developments to support client advisory services.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to banking regulations, KYC/AML policies, and internal compliance guidelines.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, compliance, and investment specialists, to facilitate seamless client service.
Assist in coordinating events, client engagements, and marketing activities as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and private banking services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, KYC/AML compliance, and risk management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and banking systems.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
