Research Scientist (iPSC)
We are also at the forefront of innovation with our iPSC-derived CAR-macrophages, offering a groundbreaking approach in solid tumors treatment. In addition, we are developing next-generation exosome and oncolytic virus therapeutic products to overcome the lack of effective treatment options for cancer and chronic diseases.
We are seeking to recruit a Research Scientist to work in the research and development field of cell and gene therapy new drug development. This is an excellent mid-to-high level job for candidates interested in pursuing industry experience/or developing skillsets in cellular and molecular analysis with pluripotent stem cell background.
Job Requirements:
- Design and draft the experiment plan independently. Execute the experiment plan with the team, troubleshooting, data collection and analysis, and draft the experiment report. Ensure all experiments and results are recorded completely and systematically.
- Design and perform experiments including but not limited to cell culture, especially induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) culture, cell line creation, characterization and cell engineering, stem cell reprogramming and differentiation, flow cytometry, ELISA, qPCR, immunofluorescence, molecular design and cloning, and other cell-based experiments.
- Responsible for the process development research for scaling up the iPSC culture in defined conditions. Develop research plans and proposals for the process development, and carry out related research work.
- Responsible for the development of biological analytical methods for iPS cells and their derivatives and writing of report documents.
- Responsible for the technology transfer related to cell culture and upstream process.
- Ensure that standard operating procedures and safety regulations are followed.
