Job Responsibilities- Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their needs and budget to propose suitable design solutions.
- Develop and present compelling design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to clients.
- Handle sales consultations, provide quotations, and negotiate contracts to secure projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring top-quality design implementation.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging design innovations.
- Actively contribute to business development, marketing efforts, and lead generation initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong sales and client-facing background.
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets in the interior design industry.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or similar).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of renovation processes, materials, and project management.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Existing network of industry contacts and clients is a plus.
