Job Title: IT Business Analyst

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount, and you will be deployed to:

Working Hours: Normal Office Hours

• Requirement Gathering: Identifying and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research.
• Data Analysis: Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
• Process Improvement: Evaluating current business processes and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Solution Design: Collaborating with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
• Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
• Documentation: Creating detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and business processes.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document requirements.
• Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying problems and developing effective solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software development processes, databases, and relevant tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools).
• Project Management: Skills in managing projects, timelines, and deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, computer systems or information technology or similar.

• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis.
