We are seeking an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Financial Services team, focusing on Private Equity, Venture Capital, Crypto, Blockchain, and Banking.
Job Summary:
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will lead the growth and development of our Financial Services practice, specializing in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Crypto, Blockchain, and Banking. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Private Equity, Venture Capital, Crypto, Blockchain, and Banking firms
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including pitching for new clients and negotiating contracts
- Deliver exceptional recruitment solutions to clients, including search, contingency, and contract recruitment services
- Manage and grow a team of recruitment consultants, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure their success
- Collaborate with other teams within Newbridge to share best practices, industry knowledge, and candidate networks
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Financial Services (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Crypto, Blockchain, and Banking)
- Proven track record of success in business development, client management, and team leadership
- Strong network and relationships within the Private Equity, Venture Capital, Crypto, Blockchain, and Banking industries
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
