Responsibilities:

• Implement training programs tailored to the needs of clients
• Conduct engaging, interactive sessions to support learning and development.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials for relevance and impact.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify learning needs and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate training logistics, including venue, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports.
• Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and best training practices.

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years in training experience in current, or in a similar role.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
• Proficiency in using e-learning platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt training techniques to different learning styles.
• Certification in Training & Development is a plus.
