About the role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this full-time Finance Executive role at ANGUSKNIGHT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.' offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing accounting firm in the Jurong Gateway West Region. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the firm's financial operations and accounting processes.

• Maintain accurate financial records and books of accounts
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and generate financial reports
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Assist with tax filing and audit preparations
• Provide administrative support to the finance team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data integrity
• Identify areas for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of solutions

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar bookkeeping or small practice accounting role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing priorities
