Senior leaders will be required to oversee regional investigations teams delivering pre-transaction due diligence, fraud investigations, and dispute support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead professionals conducting pre-transaction due diligence for investments and business partnerships—uncovering critical intelligence beyond publicly available financial and legal disclosures.
- Oversee investigations supporting legal disputes, including arbitration, litigation, and asset recovery.
- Direct complex fraud and misconduct investigations in response to allegations, ensuring actionable insights for clients.
- Manage enhanced background checks on key executive hires, identifying risks that standard screenings may miss.
- Build relationships with clients across financial services, corporates, and law firms, advising on risk mitigation strategies.
Suitable Profiles:
- Proven leadership experience in corporate investigations, due diligence, or intelligence gathering.
- Strong understanding of regulatory, legal, and business environments in the Middle East and/or Asia.
- Track record of managing high-stakes investigations and delivering insights that impact decision-making.
- Ability to work across jurisdictions and engage with C-suite stakeholders.
