Procurement Officer

Job scope:

To source and procure construction materials and equipment according to the project requirements.

To identify and review vendors and suppliers to ensure fairness in the procurement process and in charge of the necessary contractual documentation involved.

To work within the company budget and time allocated while ensuring accurate recordings such as supplier information like track record and experience and costing.

To ensure procurement practice are in line and acted upon accordingly to the industry standards and company policy.

To maintain proper documentation for all procurement activities carried out.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma qualification or equivalent.

Worked 2 years or more as a Procurement officer or equivalent, prior experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.

Highly driven and able to work in a team and multitask efficiently.
