• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Attendance Incentives + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

• Supervise and manage daily operations, including scheduling and deployment of drivers (ap-proximately six vehicles).
• Monitor and ensure timely assignment of orders to drivers on the road.
• Ensure accurate records of all orders in the system before the end of each day.
• Review and verify daily documents for accuracy and record them for billing purposes.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and responding to emails).
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking drivers.
• Independent and proactive in handling driver scheduling and operational duties.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
