The Senior/ Assistant Manager is to oversee the hospital’s service costing, financial reporting, and departmental profit and loss analysis. This role plays a crucial part in delivering accurate financial insights to support informed business decisions.

What you'll be doing- Collaborate with clinical departments to provide financial guidance and support decision-making processes
- Assess and review pricing strategies for both new and existing services, considering cost structures and market benchmarks
- Coordinate service fee adjustments with clinical departments and prepare comprehensive impact reports for management review
- Compile and analyse departmental financial reports to ensure accuracy and timely submission
- Assist in the hospital’s annual budget planning by projecting patient revenue and subvention income
- Perform net present value (NPV) assessments for new investment proposals related to replacement or expansion projects
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests and clarifications from NUHS and MOH, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Bachelor Degree level in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics or related studies
- 2 - 3 years of working experience in finance or accounting field, preferably in the business partnering setting
- Proficient in MS Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to apply business logic to financial plans and articulate insights clearly
