Your Role:

• Teach and care for a class in alignment with school policies and curriculum guidelines.
• Use diverse and engaging teaching methods to foster high-quality learning.
• Encourage children to take pride in their environment and show respect for others, fostering a sense of community.
• Manage all aspects of the classroom, ensuring a tidy, well-organised, and stimulating learning space.
• Plan and deliver lessons that reflect differentiated learning needs, special needs, and extension tasks.
• Monitor, assess, and keep records of each child’s progress, providing timely reports.
• Prepare student assessment and portfolios.
• Build strong, positive relationships with parents and involve them in their child’s development.
• Motivate and guide assistant teachers, ensuring they are effectively supporting classroom needs.
• Contribute to the pastoral care, health, and wellbeing of all students in your class.
• Respect and celebrate each child’s social, cultural, and religious background, modeling inclusivity and empathy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 GCE 'O' Levels with English at Grade B4 or higher.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a preschool setting.
• Passion for hands-on learning approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, adaptable, and a team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Reflective and eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the preschool community.
