What You’ll Be Doing:

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of financial professionals to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional client service. Foster a high-performance culture by providing ongoing coaching, support, and development opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients and institutional investors, offering them tailored financial solutions that align with their needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
• Strategy & Growth: Collaborate with senior management to drive the business strategy, identify growth opportunities, and implement innovative financial services solutions to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, streamline processes, and ensure high standards of productivity.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all financial services comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to industry best practices, while managing risk and protecting clients' interests.

Qualifications:

• A levels/Diploma/Degree
• Proven experience in client relationship management and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, wealth management, and investment products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
