Job Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in application support as Support Engineer or equivalent, of which 1-2 years’ experience in Jira customization and support experience is preferred.
  • Understand application support and service management, ITSM.
  • Understand Jira product installation, configuration, customization and troubleshooting.
  • Diploma or Graduate qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in coding and debugging of on-premise Jira functionalities with Ruby scripts.
  • Preferably Singaporean (need security clearance in government agency).
