Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and develop innovative gaming concepts, utilizing advanced mathematics and probability modelling
• Design and implement simulation logic to validate mathematical models.
• Develop game prototypes and fine-tune mathematical models to align with target market preferences and demographics.
• Define functional requirements, including gameplay mechanics and user interactions, for the designed game.
• Collaborate with Creative Artists to develop game art assets, ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Prepare documentation and mathematical proofs for game submissions to external testing laboratories and regulatory bodies.
• Stay informed about past and current game libraries, identifying successful enhancements and new features.

Requirements:

• A degree in Mathematics/Statistics or proof of significant mathematical coursework within a tertiary program.
• Passion for the gaming industry and related products.
• Proficiency in programming, particularly in mathematical and statistical applications.
• A solid grasp of the game development process is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in Office applications, including advanced spreadsheet macros.
