Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to execute our Flavors Division sales strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth across our portfolio of natural and specialty flavors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key food and beverage industry clients, including major manufacturers
- Lead a team of regional sales representatives, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Identify market trends and emerging opportunities for new flavor applications
- Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to create customized flavor solutions
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and events
- Monitor competitive landscape and provide market intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in the food ingredients sector, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and developing new business
- Deep understanding of the flavor industry and food/beverage manufacturing processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business value
- Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- Base salary plus competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential

Location
This position is based at our headquarters with 80% travel required to visit clients and industry events.
