IT Technician Trainee - Bedok

An entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates or individuals looking to start a career in IT. The trainee will receive trainings and build up hands-on IT technician related experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide IT support at customer premises
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Support users with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other enterprise applications.
Configuring and maintaining IT devices (laptops, printers, mobile devices, etc.)
Liaise with customer and manufacturer.
Tracking and management of IT inventory
Maintain accurate records of support activities, resolutions, and system configurations.
Work closely with other team members to resolve complex issues and contribute to IT projects.
Continuously learn and improve technical skills through on job trainings.

Required Qualifications:

Fresh graduates with Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, and networks)
Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
