Role Overview

We’re looking for a Corporate Secretarial Executive with at least 2-3 years of experience in a corporate services firm. You’ll manage a portfolio of SME clients and ensure they remain compliant with ACRA and IRAS requirements. You’ll have the flexibility to organize your workload around your preferred schedule, while working closely with our founder and team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client companies, ensuring full compliance with ACRA/IRAS
  • Prepare and file documents via BizFile+ (e.g., annual returns, director/shareholder changes, share allotments/transfers)
  • Draft board/shareholder resolutions, meeting minutes, and maintain statutory registers
  • Coordinate AGMs, EGMs, and board meetings as needed
  • Handle incorporations, strike-offs, and other lifecycle events
  • Liaise with IRAS for share transfer stamping and ensure accurate documentation
  • Maintain and update statutory registers and company records
  • Provide advisory support on corporate governance and regulatory obligations
  • Communicate directly with clients and relevant government agencies
  • Support internal systems for document filing, compliance tracking, and version control
What We’re Looking For
  • ✅ 2–3 years (or more) of experience in a similar role at a corporate secretarial or accounting firm
  • ✅ Familiar with ACRA BizFile+, Companies Act, and IRAS stamp duty processes
  • ✅ Able to draft resolutions and communicate confidently with clients
  • ✅ Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • ✅ Comfortable with remote work tools and self-directed work
  • ✅ Bonus: CSIS qualification or pursuing SAICSA/ICSA
