PARTS ADVISOR / EXECUTIVE (AUTOMOTIVE)

Company Background:

• One of Singapore’s established company specializing in the distribution and maintenance of commercial vehicles, including forklifts and material handling equipment.

Remuneration Package:

• Basic up to S$ 3,800
• Flexi Dollars Benefits S$ 800 (yearly renewal)
• Performance Bonus

Working Hours: 5.25 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm & Alternate Saturdays, 8.30am to 12.30pm)

Job Functions:

• Oversee inventory planning and monitor stock levels of automotive parts for commercial and industrial vehicles within the warehouse.
• Collaborate closely with the Service Center to prepare demand forecasts and supply analysis reports.
• Provide recommendations on stock purchasing strategies and optimal dispatch methods.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance inventory performance.
• Partner with the sales team to anticipate and plan future stock levels for upcoming automotive models.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably possess a Diploma in Automotive Engineering / Supply Chain or its equivalent discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in handling inventory forecast within the automotive industry
• Candidates with proficiency in Mandarin language will be an added advantage as job nature requires liaising with Chinese speaking stakeholders
• Comfortable to travel to West side for first 3 months of training
